Contract: As a Training Center Administrative Support Consultant, you will play a key role in coordinating training activities and ensuring smooth processes within the organization's internal academy. Act as the first point of contact for training inquiries via phone and email. Administer safety tests for contractors. Organize and schedule training programs for employees and external contractors. Use tools like LMS SuccessFactors-SAP, Safeguard, and eSkill to track and manage training records. Propose and implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize processes. Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and quality-driven. Experience with LMS SuccessFactors (SAP) or similar tools is an advantage. Proficient in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken). Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
